Sereane is post-sale software for Etsy sellers who use AliExpress as their supplier. It brings the messages from several shops together, prepares AliExpress orders, and gathers tracking, sales figures and accounting in one place.

Yes. Sereane brings customer messages from several Etsy shops into a single place. You find your conversations and prepare your replies without hopping from shop to shop. You can read and edit every suggestion before it goes out; automatic messages depend on your settings.

You link an Etsy product to its supplier and to the right AliExpress variant. Sereane reuses that link to prepare the next orders: product, variant and delivery address. You trigger the order, then pay on AliExpress yourself.

No. Sereane prepares and creates the supplier order when you trigger it, but never pays for the purchase in your place. You pay on AliExpress. That supplier payment is separate from your Sereane subscription.

Once the parcel ships, Sereane picks up the AliExpress tracking number and pushes it to Etsy. The tracking relay is a separate option, charged €0.45 per number when it is used.

Essentiel: €29.99/mo, up to €3,000 in monthly Etsy sales; Studio: €79.99/mo, up to €10,000 in monthly Etsy sales; Empire: €199.99/mo, up to €30,000 in monthly Etsy sales. Every plan includes unlimited Etsy shops. Paying yearly saves 20%. AdsPower is subscribed to separately. Above €30,000 in monthly sales, a quoted plan is available.

Every Sereane plan includes an unlimited number of Etsy shops. Which plan you need depends on the monthly sales of all your shops together, and on the usage terms. How many profiles you have in your AdsPower subscription is handled separately.

Pick the plan that covers the monthly Etsy revenue of all your shops combined. If your average order is under €5.00, check the order limits too: 600 a month on Essentiel, 2,000 on Studio, 6,000 on Empire. If your revenue goes past your plan, you have 3 days to move up. After that, Sereane stops buying from your supplier and stops writing on your behalf — your orders and your messages keep arriving all the same. You are never charged extra without choosing it.

The Sereane subscription trial lasts 14 days and asks for a payment method when you sign up through Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the billing you chose begins. The interactive demo on this page is a different thing: you can try it with no account and no card, on made-up data.

On monthly billing, the subscription is charged every month. On yearly billing, the whole year is charged once after the trial: €287.90 for Essentiel, €767.90 for Studio, €1,919.90 for Empire. The monthly equivalent is shown only to compare costs; it is not a monthly payment.

Sereane uses its Windows app together with AdsPower to reach your Etsy shops inside their profiles. An AdsPower subscription compatible with its local API is required, and is paid for separately. The demo on this page runs straight in your browser, with nothing to install.

You cancel from your Sereane account. During the trial, cancel before it ends to avoid moving on to the paid subscription. The end date that applies to you, and the details, are shown in your billing area and set out in the terms of service.

Sereane’s privacy policy sets out what data is processed, how long it is kept, and the rights people have over it. The data processing agreement covers our commitments as a processor. Subscription payment details are handled by Stripe.

No. The interactive demo uses made-up orders, conversations and payments. Everything stays inside the page: it creates no AliExpress order, sends no Etsy message, and takes no money. The replies it suggests are prepared examples.
