Yes. Sereane works for Etsy shops in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and elsewhere. With a single shop, Google Chrome on your computer is enough, on Windows or Mac, and you follow everything from your phone. With several shops, you add the Sereane app, on Windows or Linux.

With a single shop, you simply use Google Chrome + the Sereane extension. The extension detects your Etsy shop, then you sign in on Sereane.com to reach your dashboard, your orders and your messages. If you add more shops, with AdsPower, you also install the Sereane app on Windows or Linux so Sereane can run all your shops. On a Mac, a single shop works the same way with Chrome. For several shops, you need a Windows server (VPS).

Yes, during the hours you choose. Sereane uses your browser to pick up your orders, messages and tracking automatically, several times a day. You can also start a check at any time with “Check my shops now”. To keep Sereane running round the clock without leaving your computer on, you can use a Windows server (VPS).

In the library, you link each variant of your Etsy listings to its AliExpress variant, once: 140 × 200 cm ↔ 140x200cm. From then on, every new order is created on AliExpress with the right variant and your customer’s address already filled in, through AliExpress’s official authorization. All that’s left is to pay for it, on AliExpress. You can keep several suppliers per listing, and Sereane suggests alternatives.

On its own, for every order Sereane created on AliExpress: as soon as it ships, the tracking number goes to your Etsy shop. Nothing left to copy and paste.

Messages from all your shops land in one inbox, sorted by AI: size issue, delivered but not received, urgent event date… A message in another language translates in one click. You reply in English, with suggestions and the tone set for each shop (warm, professional, neutral or premium), and Sereane sends your reply in your customer’s language. Nothing goes out without you.

If your supplier hasn’t shipped as the deadline nears, Sereane moves the ship-by date on Etsy and lets your customer know. Automatically if you turn it on for the shop, otherwise in one click. Etsy only allows one extension per order.

As many as you like, at no extra cost. Your price depends on the sales of all your shops combined.

Your price is set by your sales in the last full month. If it goes up, we email you at least a week before the payment; if it goes down, we email you too, and the decrease may come later. The new price applies from the next payment. Your sales never switch the service off, up or down. Above €30,000 a month, we offer a custom price. If your average order is under €5, let’s talk.

From your Sereane account, in “My invoices and subscription”. Cancel before the end of the 14-day trial and nothing is charged.

Prices are in euros. Outside the eurozone, the payment page can show the amount in your currency, and that is the amount you pay. Sereane is a small French business: no VAT is added (art. 293 B CGI).

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription ends at the end of the period already paid. A period that has started is not refunded, except where the law requires it, after a billing error, or if we committed to it.

Sereane goes through AliExpress’s official authorization, which you grant yourself, to create your orders and track your parcels. Payment never goes through Sereane: you pay, on AliExpress.

Only what you ask it to: prepare your orders, send your tracking, translate and send your replies. For this data, Sereane acts on your behalf, as a processor, and only keeps it for a limited time. Your subscription payment is handled by Stripe. Retention periods and your rights are set out in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
