Automate Etsy orders to AliExpress: what you can hand off
Etsy does not allow drop shipping of ready-made products, apart from craft and party supplies, and this guide is only about orders for items that fit Etsy’s rules. For those, each sale brings the same chores: find the supplier listing, copy the address, place the order, copy the tracking number back, answer the customer. Most of it can be automated. One part should not be.
01The path of a sale
- A sale arrives on Etsy.
- Sereane finds the supplier for that listing.
- It prepares the order with the supplier, using the customer’s address.
- You validate and pay.
- Sereane follows the delivery and sends the tracking number back to Etsy.
02What gets automated
- The supplier order. Prepared from the Etsy sale, with the address, so you do not copy anything.
- The tracking number. Sent back to the right Etsy sale, with the carrier’s name.
- The messages. Conversations from all your shops arrive in one place, and Sereane helps you write the reply.
03What stays yours: the payment
Sereane never pays. The supplier order is created without being paid, and you validate it. A tool that pays for you asks for a lot of trust and takes the one decision that is about your money. We keep that decision with you.
04When the numbers look bad
If the supplier cost is above 60% of the Etsy sale price, Sereane shows a warning before you validate, and leaves the decision to you.
A sale that Etsy has not yet collected the payment for does not enter your orders to place. It appears there by itself once Etsy has collected.
05How to start
There is a 14-day free trial. Try it on real sales, check the address and the product on each prepared order, and see whether the tracking number lands on the right sale.
Example: made-up parcels and tracking.
